We are currently looking for an After Hours Dispatcher to join our team and support our daily transportation operations.

Detalii
- Monitor routes and delivery statuses;
- Communicate with drivers, providing support, instructions, and assistance in non-standard situations;
- Assist with truck and trailer breakdowns and coordinate communication between drivers and repair shops;
- Quickly identify and resolve logistical issues as they arise;
- Update relevant information in the system and coordinate with other departments;
- Handle incoming requests from drivers and customers;
- Maintain clear and professional communication throughout the shift
- Previous experience in the U.S. trucking/logistics industry is required;
- Experience working with drivers and handling breakdown and repair situations is a strong advantage;
- English level B2 or higher — mandatory;
- Confident PC user;
- Responsible, attentive, and able to work effectively under pressure;
- Ability to make quick decisions in non-standard and emergency situations;
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Salary starting from $700/month;
- Working hours: 1:00-8:00.
