We’re a fast-growing team in the aviation and travel-tech space, and we’re looking for a Fraud Prevention Specialist who can use their analytical skills and attention to detail to help us identify potential risks, verify customer transactions, and ensure secure payment processing for our travelers.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and verify customer payment and card information before ticket issuance;
- Analyze transactions and identify potential fraud risks;
- Conduct additional verification when necessary;
- Follow internal fraud prevention procedures and security guidelines;
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve payment-related cases;
- Maintain accurate records of verification results and decisions.
Requirements
- Previous experience in fraud prevention, payment verification, banking, customer support, or a similar role is an advantage;
- Good analytical and attention-to-detail skills;
- Ability to make careful decisions based on available information;
- Good English communication skills, both written and spoken;
- Ability to work with confidential information responsibly;
- Basic computer skills and ability to work with multiple systems.
