The company is seeking a highly organized and proactive Quality Manager to coordinate quality-related activities, monitor the company’s quality performance, and ensure the effective functioning of the Quality Management System. This role involves reporting to management on system performance and continuously improving processes to maintain high quality standards.

- Represent the company during customer audits, certifications, and quality‑related discussions.
- Create and implement quality policies, goals, and objectives.
- Act as Representative for Product Safety and Compliance.
- Resolve quality issues and implement effective solutions.
- Provide training and guidance to subordinates, evaluate performance, and motivate the team.
- Set quality objectives and plan the department budget accordingly.
- Coordinate corrective actions (system, process, and product audits; internal and external complaints).
- Define inspection criteria for production parts (customer, supplier, and process).
- Report to top management on the functioning of the Quality Management System and improvement needs.
- Coordinate supplier visits and plan audits.
- Oversee preventive, corrective, and improvement activities.
- Previous experience in a Quality Management role or similar position.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and optimize costs.
