We're looking for someone who genuinely loves this work and knows how to take real care of clients - not just as a formality, but sincerely.
If you've already worked in the travel industry or sold on the American market, and you know what it feels like to build trust with a client from the very first call - welcome to the team. We won't be training you from scratch here - your experience goes straight to work.
Important: we don't do cold sales. Every client you'll be talking to is already interested - they've submitted a request on our platforms themselves. You'll be working with warm leads, not cold-calling strangers.
We believe great service starts with how you treat people - both clients and your own team. That's why we stand for full transparency in payouts, sane management without micromanaging, and flexibility where it actually matters.
What you'll be doing
- Talking with clients over phone and email, helping them find the best travel option
- Sharing information about tickets, pricing, and flight schedules -clearly and to the point
- Making reservations tailored to clients' needs and budget
- Selling and promoting our booking services
- Building relationships with clients who want to come back to you again
What matters to us in a candidate
- Experience in the travel industry OR in sales on the American market
- Ability to build long-term client relationships and a genuine drive to deliver great service
- Clear, pleasant phone communication
- Willingness to work evening shifts (starting no later than 6 PM, with shifts starting as early as 4 PM) - no night shifts
